A Good value, great location

Very nice hotel. The room was so spacious. It is located near the railway station, few minutes walk to Lo Wu commercial shopping centre (mostly fake merchandise but very cheap). Maybe 10 to 15 minute walk to Dongmen Commercial shopping area (original merchandise). Reception was friendly and the staff can speak fair English. They have western breakfast (make sure you request it if you don't like chinese ). From our experience, chinese restaurant was so noisy! It was like in the market. Whewww! we were so glad that they separated the western restaurant. We only had a slight problem during our stay in this hotel. Our next door neighbour played music so loud during sleeping time.

Japanese room- good value

The Japanese floors are great. It's far from the street and a very calm room. The executive brunch is mediocre but the dining room is nice. The chinese breakfast at the restaurant beside the hotel is OK. I did not visit the main breakfast area on the first lower floor.

“This Hotel was okay”
This hotel was not outstanding but was pleasant and we were happy with it. The staff were very helpful. When we first arrived our room had a musty smell, but we got used to it and concluded it must be the cleaner or disinfectant they were using. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful, checking-in and out was done efficiently. The staff spoke limited English but there were several staff who spoke good English and answered any questions we had. The breakfast was of a good standard.
